NextUp has launched with Auth0, and as a result our app and website are being updated too. You will be presented with a migration screen when you try and login next and will be asked to complete the account creation steps in the app.
If you purchased a subscription through desktop, please visit the website and login (not using social), using a username and password. You will then be migrated automatically.
If you are having issues with accessing your NextUp app after the Auth0 release, please make sure that you have updated to the latest version. See below for further troubleshooting.
I have forgotten my password
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org stating your email address and we will reset your password for you.
I can't login with my password
Check that you haven't signed up with a social account (i.e., Facebook or Google), as you will not have a password if this is the case. Please sign in with your social account instead.
I have been blocked due to too many access attempts
Please email email@example.com and we will migrate you manually.
