If you wish to request a refund, please be aware that this may not be possible in all cases.
- We are unable to issue refunds if you forget to cancel your free trial.
- We are unable to issue refunds for subscriptions purchased through one of our apps (iOS, Android, Amazon etc.)
Our 7 day free trial is in place so that members are able to sample our platform and decide whether or not they wish to become full-paying subscribers. If, after this 7 days your account converts to a full account but you then decide that you do not wish to continue, as per our 30 day money back guarantee, if you provide an adequate reason for this then we may be able to issue a refund.
If you experience any issues with our app or the platform that affects your ability to access the service, please get in touch with us ASAP so that we can remedy this for you before you are charged. If you experience technical difficulties we are able in some cases to extend your free trial, or if you are charged but no longer wish to use the service after this then we may be able to offer a refund.
