If you cancelled your NextUp Comedy subscription by simply cancelling/stopping the card being debited as opposed to through us, then our system won't have been told about the cancellation.
To stop the system from trying to debit the monthly subscription payment, a cancellation has to be made via the website in your NextUp account.
Please follow the instructions below for cancelling your subscription:
• Log in to your account with with your email ID and password.
• Click the 'My Account' icon (top right hand corner of the web-page).
• Click 'subscription infomation (3rd option along).
• Click 'Cancel your subscription'.
No further payments have been debited from your billing account since you cancelled the card payment.
